- Condition for Return/Exchange: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or an exchange.

- Exchange Availability: We’re happy to exchange any item for a different size or color, subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy below.

Order Modification

- No Deductions: Since BRINNS covers return shipping costs, you’ll receive a full refund, without any deductions, for all eligible returns.
